Free shipping on orders over $350. Otherwise, $12 for North Island and $18 for South Island.

Orders ship daily from Auckland. Estimated delivery: North Island (2-3 days), South Island (3-5 days).

Yes, returns are accepted under our policy.

What’s the return policy?
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of your order date. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Our team checks returned items for damage. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or exchange; if denied, items are sent back to you free of charge.
