For used products, including used golf clubs, we provide information about the product’s condition as accurately as reasonably possible. Signs of normal use may include scratches, marks, wear, or other cosmetic imperfections. Any significant defects or issues will be described in the product listing where applicable.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices include GST where applicable.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

You will receive an order confirmation email after submitting your order. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We may cancel or refuse an order where:

• We are unable to deliver to the selected address

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, rural delivery times, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in unused condition, together with any included accessories or packaging where applicable.

If a product is faulty, incorrectly described, or does not meet your legal consumer rights, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@aceswing.co.nz so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

7. Gift cards and discount codes

Discount codes are subject to any conditions stated when the code is issued. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Gift cards are subject to their stated terms and expiry conditions. Online gift card codes may be redeemed during checkout. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe that it is being misused.
